Being a university rank holder in M.Sc. Chemistry, Dr. Binto Simon pursued career at Omniactive Health Technologies as Product Development Scientist, working on herbal extracts and their isolation, identification and natural product synthesis.

His further academic journey for PhD in Organic Chemistry was nurturing under the Supervision of Prof. David Berrisford. For his doctoral studies, Dr. Binto Simon focused on the synthesis of a unique aminoglycoside that could selectively recognize the structure of HIV-1 RNA. It was a fascinating time for him as he not only worked as a Laboratory teaching staff but also served as a PASS leader for biomedical science. Additionally, he was a valuable member of the cross-faculty team that provided curriculum access and learner support.

After successfully completing his doctorate, Dr. Binto Simon joined the School of Pharmacy at University College London as an academic. This allowed him to collaborate with renowned institutions like Oxford University, the Institute of Glycobiology, and Cancer Research UK. It was an incredible opportunity to work with experts in his field.

Dr. Binto Simon eventually returned to the University of Manchester for a post-doctoral fellowship. He also took on a part-time role at the School of Pharmacy at the University of Central Lancashire. Here, he had the pleasure of teaching, conducting laboratory demonstrations, and mentoring undergraduate, Masters, and PhD students. It was a fulfilling experience for him to guide and support the next generation of scientists. Overall, Dr. Binto Simon's journey has been filled with incredible experiences and opportunities that have shaped him into the accomplished scientist he is today.

After spending some time in the academic sector, Dr. Binto Simon found a new opportunity at DataLase SATO Ltd as a Research Scientist. In this role, he focused on developing laser active pigments for commercial refinish products. It was an exciting venture that allowed him to apply his scientific knowledge to real-world applications.

In 1991, he emerged triumphant, adorned with the crown of a Ph.D. Since then, Dr. Mathew's scholarly contributions have been nothing short of extraordinary. His illustrious career boasts a plethora of accolades, including a monumental research project funded by the UGC, New Delhi, valued at a staggering Rs 6 lakhs in 2001.

His quest for knowledge transcended geographical boundaries, earning him coveted Visiting Fellowships from the DBT, New Delhi, and a prestigious Post-Doctoral Research Award worth Rs 40 lakhs from the UGC, New Delhi.

Dr. Mathew's global footprint extends to the United Kingdom, where he was bestowed with the esteemed Commonwealth Academic Staff Fellowship from the Association of Commonwealth Universities. During his tenure at UCL London, he embarked on pioneering research in biopeptide synthesis, pushing the boundaries of scientific exploration.

His scholarly endeavors are immortalized in 15 publications across national and international journals, showcasing his prowess as a thought leader in his field. Not content with merely contributing to academia, Dr. Mathew has authored four textbooks tailored for the intellectual growth of students in India.

Armed with a deep-rooted passion for learning, Sobha embarked on her academic journey, obtaining her PG and B.Ed in English Language and Literature. Her quest for knowledge led her to the corridors of Trivandrum, where she honed her skills as an English language teacher, laying the foundation for a remarkable career ahead.

With a thirst for new experiences, Sobha traversed the length and breadth of India, imparting her wisdom in various CBSE schools across both North and South India.
